INSTRUCTIONS
1. Drink plenty of fresh, clean water to stay hydrated during warm summer weather. When it's warm outside, our body perspires heavily and looses fluids at a much faster rate. Remember to drink fresh water often, even if you might not feel thirsty, in order to replenish lost fluids and hydrate your body
2.Avoid drinking alcohol, caffeinated or carbonated drinks. These types of beverages can easily dehydrate your body and leave you feeling tired and worn out. If it is hard to quit drinking these types of beverages all together, try to limit the amount you usually drink, switching from a large glass every morning to a small cup every other day.
3. Always wear sunscreen, even if you don't plan to spend too much time outdoors. Sunscreen can prevent painful sunburn, skin damage, development of moles, wrinkles, as well as skin cancer. Select a broad-spectrum sunscreen, which means the sunscreen will block both UVA and UVB harmful rays.
4. Don't forget to include sunglasses and a hat in your summer wardrobe. Select sunglasses that block ultraviolet rays and have a wraparound style that prevents sunlight from shining into your eyes. Choose comfortable summer hat that provides plenty of shade and offers protection from sun.

Remember that light-colored clothes reflect sun's heat from your body while dark-colored clothes attract and absorb it. Choose loose-fitting and lightweight fabrics such as cotton or linen to help you stay cooler during hot weather.
